Wipro is hiring a Lead Analyst for its Financial Planning & Asset Servicing operations team in Bengaluru. This role involves asset servicing, credit instrument operations, reconciliation management, loan processing, exception handling, and financial operations support for private credit and syndicated loan portfolios.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Handle asset servicing operations for credit instruments and bank debts
- Process drawdown, paydown, and interest activities in Geneva / WSO / SOLVAS / Sentry systems
- Perform reconciliation of cash and positions across funds and third-party systems
- Manage daily reconciliations using DUCO or other reconciliation platforms
- Review and process contract modifications as per agent notices
- Troubleshoot technical and accounting-related operational issues
- Coordinate with agents, trustees, and internal teams for issue resolution
- Escalate unresolved reconciliation breaks and operational exceptions
- Create SOPs and support training initiatives
- Collaborate with global teams on projects, system integration, and UAT activities
- Review unallocated or unmatched cash and position breaks for corrective actions
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 5–8 years of experience in financial operations or asset servicing required
- Experience in private credit, syndicated loans, or CLO operations preferred
- Knowledge of Geneva, WSO, SOLVAS, or Sentry systems preferred
- Strong reconciliation and accounting operations experience required
- Postgraduate degree or professional certifications preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities efficiently required
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills preferred
