The role involves managing large operational teams, supervising field operations, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring smooth rider and supervisor coordination across Pune and Mumbai operational areas.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage healthcare and diagnostics logistics operations efficiently
- Handle operational coordination across Pune and Mumbai service areas
- Lead and manage 10–15+ supervisors directly
- Oversee 100–200+ riders indirectly through operational teams
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service quality
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure smooth rider management and manpower planning
- Track operational metrics, reporting, and Excel-based dashboards
- Handle escalations and support issue resolution across operations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure service-level adherence
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3–4 years of experience in Healthcare or Diagnostics logistics operations required
- Strong Excel knowledge and reporting skills required
- Good understanding of Pune and Mumbai operational areas preferred
- Experience managing large operational teams and field workforce required
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic operational environments preferred
- Flexible and adaptable mindset required
