Flipkart is hiring Assistant Managers for Blue Collar Rider Operations in Delhi-NCR. The role involves large-scale hiring and management of riders, wish-masters, and delivery partners while ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, engagement, retention, and operational workforce management.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
👥 Hiring & Onboarding
- Source riders through referrals, agencies, job portals, and walk-ins
- Verify KYC and compliance documents including DL, Aadhaar, PAN, RC, insurance, and police verification
- Conduct riding tests and navigation/address-reading assessments
- Complete onboarding formalities, bank setup, app training, and kit distribution
🚚 Retention & Engagement
- Ensure timely salary and incentive payouts for delivery workforce
- Resolve payment disputes and operational grievances
- Conduct engagement activities, R&R programs, and safety initiatives
- Maintain rider morale and workforce stability
- Manage operational assets including bags, phones, and equipment
🛡 Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI/PF processes, and operational policies
- Conduct safety, POSH, and product handling trainings
- Maintain accident records, insurance claims, and emergency support processes
- Ensure fraud prevention and compliance adherence across operations
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- MBA or B-TECH qualification required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, courier, warehousing, or supply chain recruitment operations required
- Strong experience in rider hiring and blue-collar workforce management preferred
- Experience handling large-scale last-mile operations and delivery workforce required
- Strong leadership, engagement, and operational coordination skills required
- Good understanding of compliance, safety, and workforce processes preferred
