π Job Description
Delhivery is hiring Ops Admin Executives and Ops Admin TLs for Gurgaon – Tauru GW location. The role focuses on manpower administration, attendance management, shift planning, MIS reporting, vendor coordination, and operational HR support within logistics and warehouse operations.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance for 300–400 manpower with high data accuracy
- Handle leave management, approvals, and HR system updates
- Coordinate with vendors for manpower supply and onboarding activities
- Manage daily mandays planning and deployment tracking
- Prepare MIS reports related to attendance, roster, overtime, and manpower cost
- Support shift scheduling and roster planning based on operational requirements
- Coordinate with Ops and HR teams for replacements and attrition management
- Support onboarding, ID card creation, audits, and compliance documentation
π Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate can apply
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations preferred
- Experience as HR Executive or operations admin preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables required
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills mandatory
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts required
- Experience in attendance management and manpower coordination preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills required
