Zepto is hiring Cluster Managers and Sr Cluster Managers for Delhi location. The role involves managing end-to-end operations for a cluster of dark stores, driving operational excellence, ensuring SLA adherence, improving throughput, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading large operations teams across multiple stores.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end dark store operations across assigned clusters
- Drive operational excellence across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch processes
- Monitor and optimize key operational KPIs and SLA adherence
- Ensure inventory accuracy through audits and loss-prevention initiatives
- Maintain quality compliance and standardize SOP execution across stores
- Lead Store Managers and ground operations teams effectively
- Improve throughput, reduce shrinkage, damages, and operational costs
- Drive governance reviews and operational accountability through dashboards and reporting
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in dark store operations, warehouse operations, supply chain, or quick commerce preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities required
- Experience managing store operations and operational KPIs preferred
- Knowledge of inventory management and loss prevention processes required
- Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills preferred
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and high-volume operational environments
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills required
- Experience handling dashboards, reporting, and operational governance preferred
