π Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day kitchen and food preparation operations efficiently
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
- Handle Indian, Tandoor, and Multi-Cuisine food preparation activities
- Supervise kitchen staff and support team coordination activities
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per company policies
- Manage inventory entry, stock control, and kitchen material planning
- Coordinate with restaurant operations teams for smooth service execution
- Support outstanding guest dining experiences through operational excellence
π Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Restaurant industry required
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food quality standards required
- Expertise in Indian, Tandoor, or Multi-Cuisine preparation preferred
- Experience in team handling and kitchen supervision preferred
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and inventory management required
- Basic system knowledge for inventory entry and stock management preferred
