- Handle end-to-end recruitment for delivery associates and last-mile workforce
- Source candidates through field hiring, referrals, job portals, and local networks
- Manage daily hiring targets and recruitment reporting activities
- Coordinate onboarding and candidate documentation processes
- Build and maintain strong local sourcing channels across Mumbai
- Work closely with operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements
- Support large-scale hiring drives and workforce planning initiatives

- Experience in bulk hiring or blue-collar recruitment preferred
- Strong local sourcing network in Mumbai required
