π Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, and issue of spare parts and consumables
- Handle inventory control for HEMM, tippers, and automobile workshop materials
- Maintain SAP entries, stock records, and MIS reports accurately
- Perform inventory reconciliation and stock verification activities
- Coordinate with workshop, procurement, maintenance, and breakdown teams
- Ensure proper documentation, material planning, and audit compliance
- Monitor stock levels and minimize operational downtime through effective inventory management
- Support efficient stores operations across mining project locations
π Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in mining, HEMM, automobile workshop, or heavy vehicle stores operations preferred
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and MS Excel required
- Understanding of inventory control and spare parts management preferred
- Experience handling multi-site inventory operations will be an advantage
- Strong coordination and documentation skills required
- Ability to work in mining or project site environments preferred
