Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring Reporting Senior Associates – People Analytics for its Bengaluru location. This role focuses on workforce analytics, Power BI dashboard management, SQL-based reporting, HR metrics analysis, workforce planning reports, attrition analytics, and people data validation across global and U.S. employee populations.
π Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and refresh HR dashboards using Power BI for leadership and HR teams
- Use SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting activities
- Support reporting for headcount, hiring, attrition, diversity, and learning metrics
- Generate workforce trend analysis dashboards and visual reports
- Prepare workforce planning and organizational structure reports
- Support hiring, onboarding, employee movement, and learning analytics reporting
- Maintain attrition and turnover dashboards with validated SQL logic
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across PeopleSoft, OBIEE, WFA, and OneStream systems
- Provide dashboard maintenance, optimization, and user support for Power BI reports
π Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) qualification required
- 5–10 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or HR analytics roles preferred
- Strong SQL skills required for data extraction and validation
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting mandatory
- Experience with workforce analytics, HR reporting, or people analytics preferred
- Knowledge of OBIEE, PeopleSoft, WFA, or OneStream will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data validation skills required
- Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, HRIS, and analytics stakeholders effectively
