Delhivery is expanding its operations in Pune and hiring a Senior Manager – Supply (Operations) to lead driver operations, supply management, SOP development, operational analytics, and strategic logistics initiatives. The role focuses on building scalable driver ecosystems, improving operational efficiency, and driving supply excellence.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end driver lifecycle management including training, retention, and engagement
- Drive operational KPIs such as OTD, utilization rates, and pickup efficiency
- Develop and implement SOPs for route planning, allocation, and quality control
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency
- Manage driver operations dashboards and analyze performance insights
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for service failures and compliance issues
- Coordinate with Tech and Product teams for automation and operational improvements
- Support launch of new operational markets and delivery models
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, and Operations teams
- Ensure smooth escalation handling and execution excellence
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Fleet Management required
- Strong expertise in driver performance management and supply-demand balancing preferred
- Experience in SOP development and operational process optimization required
- Strong analytical skills and KPI tracking experience required
- Knowledge of CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting systems preferred
- Familiarity with route optimization and fleet tracking software is a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth operational environments required
