Blinkit is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its Last-Mile City Operations team in Gurgaon. This role is focused on solving complex operational challenges through data analysis, process optimization, statistical modeling, and operational strategy to improve last-mile efficiency and customer experience.

- Analyze complex datasets to identify operational trends and performance gaps
- Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Develop data models and algorithms to support operational decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve last-mile operational challenges
- Create and maintain dashboards and KPI monitoring reports
- Design and execute experiments and A/B testing initiatives

🎓 Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or operations analytics roles required
- Experience in logistics or operations environment preferred
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python mandatory
- Strong understanding of statistical modelling techniques required
- Experience with operational KPI tracking and dashboard creation preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset required
