Delhivery is hiring Store Managers for Fulfillment Operations (Dark Store) in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The role focuses on same-day delivery operations, dark store management, inventory control,team leadership, manpower planning, operational excellence, and client satisfaction within quick commerce operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end same-day delivery operations across dark stores
- Manage inbound, outbound, and inventory operations efficiently
- Ensure operational SLA adherence and process compliance
- Handle manpower planning, rostering, and employee engagement activities
- Lead and motivate pickers, packers, ATL/TLs, and rider teams
- Drive productivity and operational performance targets
- Manage stock control, sorting, storage, and dispatch activities
- Monitor shipment tracking and inventory flow management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with Quick Commerce Operations experience preferred
- Local candidates from Bangalore and Hyderabad preferred
- Strong communication skills in English required
- Advanced MS Excel skills mandatory (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience in fulfillment or dark store operations preferred
- Strong team handling and leadership capabilities required
