Spinny is hiring Talent Acquisition Interns for its Gurugram office. This role focuses on bulk hiring, recruitment coordination, stakeholder management, blue-collar workforce hiring, sourcing operations, and recruitment process execution across multiple locations.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bulk and volume hiring activities across locations
- Drive blue-collar workforce recruitment operations efficiently
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and vendor networks
- Conduct candidate screening and interview coordination
- Manage offer rollout and joining coordination activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and recruitment partners
- Ensure hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) are achieved
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases accurately
- Support recruitment process improvements and hiring campaigns
- Handle communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
π Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers with internship experience can apply
- Strong communication and coordination skills required
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced and target-driven environments required
- Knowledge of sourcing through portals and references preferred

- Proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam is mandatory
