📄 Job Description
Zepto is hiring Store Shift In-Charge for its dark store operations in Patiala. This role involves managing daily micro-fulfillment center operations, ensuring fast order processing, and maintaining high operational efficiency.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dark store operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure high speed and accuracy in order fulfillment (10–20 minute delivery SLAs)
- Manage inventory through cycle counts, audits, and replenishment
- Lead and manage shift staff, ensuring SOP compliance
- Coordinate with logistics and rider teams for timely deliveries
- Handle returns, damages, and shrinkage control
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Track KPIs and prepare MIS reports
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in warehouse / retail / operations preferred
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
