🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse and store operations efficiently
- Handle inventory management, order processing, and dispatch coordination
- Maintain documentation for inbound and outbound stock movements
- Manage GRNs, stock logs, and operational records accurately
- Train and monitor junior staff for productivity and SOP compliance
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for order fulfillment
- Ensure operational discipline, stock accuracy, and workflow efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and support daily business activities
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, retail, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Graduate qualification required
- Strong understanding of store operations and inventory handling preferred
- Hands-on experience with barcode scanners and WMS tools preferred
- Good MS Excel and reporting skills required
- Strong leadership and team handling abilities preferred
