📄 Job Description
Infosys BPM is hiring experienced Team Leads for SAP GRC Security Operations. The role focuses on team management, SLA handling, SAP security operations, issue troubleshooting, quality control, stakeholder management, and governance risk & compliance (GRC) process handling across enterprise SAP environments.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Handle team operations and manage shift responsibilities effectively
- Ensure SLA adherence and monitor assigned task progress
- Manage workload through ServiceNow and GRC tools efficiently
- Interact with clients and handle escalations professionally
- Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members regularly
- Define and manage Segregation of Duties (SOD) frameworks
- Troubleshoot security issues in ECC, BW, GRC, BOBJ, HANA, and Solution Manager
- Perform SAP user and role administration activities
- Conduct root cause analysis and document issue resolutions accurately
- Review quality of cases before escalation or customer communication
- Ensure quality checks and sampling are completed within timelines
- Execute client projects and process improvement initiatives on time
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree required
- 5–8 years of experience in SAP GRC Security required
- SAP GRC certification preferred
- Strong experience in SAP ECC, BW, BOBJ, HANA, Soleman, and GRC required
- Hands-on experience with GRC Access Control and EAM preferred
- Strong understanding of SOD issues and controls in ECC required
- Experience in ServiceNow or similar query management tools preferred
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills required
