π Job Description
Infosys BPM is hiring Process Specialists for Purchase Order Transaction Compliance operations. The role focuses on procurement compliance, purchase order validation, transaction auditing, supply chain governance, discrepancy resolution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure procurement process integrity and regulatory compliance.
π Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate purchase orders as per company policies and supplier agreements
- Conduct audits of PO transactions to identify compliance risks and discrepancies
- Maintain compliance documentation and reporting records accurately
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and legal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to procurement controls and ethical sourcing policies
- Cross-check PO details against MSAs and approved rate cards
- Resolve 3-way match discrepancies with procurement and accounts payable teams
- Maintain compliance dashboards and prepare monthly analytical reports
- Support supply chain leadership with compliance observations and recommendations
- Drive continuous process improvements to reduce compliance risks
π Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Science, or Supply Chain Management required
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, audits, or compliance required
- Strong understanding of procurement and compliance processes preferred
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, Oracle, ServiceNow, or DocuSign preferred
- Strong analytical and transaction review skills required
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills preferred
- Understanding of supply chain governance and risk management preferred
- Attention to detail and process accuracy required
