📄 Job Description
Wipro is hiring Team Managers for its Bengaluru office. The role involves handling asset servicing operations, syndicated bank loan processing, reconciliation activities, Geneva platform operations, and supporting private credit and CLO-related financial operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Handle asset servicing activities including Drawdown, Paydown, and Interest processing in Geneva
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash and positions across funds using DUCO platform
- Review upcoming activities and contract modifications through Geneva and WSO accelerator
- Troubleshoot technical and accounting issues across multiple operational groups
- Ensure all activities are processed and updated accurately in Geneva
- Coordinate with Agents, Trustees, Custodians, and internal teams for issue resolution
- Escalate unresolved cash and position breaks to management and onshore teams
- Create SOPs and participate in operational training programs
- Support global teams, ongoing projects, system integration, and UAT activities
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Institutional Finance / Buy Side Operations required
- Knowledge of Syndicated Bank Loan, Private Credit, and CLO operations mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Geneva software for Syndicated Bank Debt processing required
- Experience in reconciliation of Cash and Position using DUCO or similar platforms preferred
- Understanding of Agent Banks, Trustees, and Custodian roles required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced MS Excel mandatory
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills required
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills mandatory
- Ability to work in international team environments with multiple stakeholders preferred
