Wipro is hiring Analysts for its Gurugram office. The role involves financial reporting, SPV management, debt reconciliation, quarterly reporting, process documentation, and private equity finance operations. πŸ›  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of real estate finance operations and quarterly reporting deliverables
  • Perform SPV-level cash tracking and prepare wire memos for intercompany transfers
  • Handle reconciliation of Gross Debt and analyze Gross to Net Debt variances
  • Conduct Fund Leverage Limitation Testing to identify borrowing capacity
  • Manage allocation and coding of project-level expenses on Coupa
  • Prepare quarterly Distribution Trackers for US Real Estate investments
  • Prepare quarterly disclosure reporting items for Real Estate business operations
  • Prepare SPV financial statements and support system setup activities
  • Handle bank account creation and dissolution of SPV entities
  • Participate in SOP creation, process documentation, and improvement projects
  • Support ad-hoc financial reporting and operational requests

  • Post Graduate or CA qualification required
  • Minimum 1-4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or performance reporting
  • Good understanding of Private Equity business and revenue models preferred
  • Knowledge of SPVs and finance operations required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint mandatory
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required
