Britannia Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Quality (PET) for its Aseptic PET production facility in Ranjangaon, Pune. The role focuses on quality compliance, food safety systems, process improvement, audit management, and quality assurance across the Aseptic PET Line. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals from beverage, dairy, FMCG, packaging, or related manufacturing industries with hands-on exposure to Aseptic PET operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality compliance across the Aseptic PET production line
- Monitor and strengthen Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Drive implementation of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action initiatives
- Manage quality audits, inspections, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to achieve quality objectives
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization projects
- Maintain quality documentation, records, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure customer quality requirements are met consistently
- Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 10–14 years of relevant quality assurance experience required
- Hands-on experience in Aseptic PET operations preferred
- Experience in Beverage, Dairy, FMCG, Packaging, or related manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Management Systems
- Experience handling audits, compliance, and quality documentation
- Strong analytical and root cause analysis capabilities
- Experience driving process improvement and quality excellence initiatives
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
