🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct network audits and identify operational control gaps
- Investigate losses, fraud incidents, and compliance violations
- Develop and strengthen governance and risk management frameworks
- Analyze operational data to identify fraud trends and risk patterns
- Drive corrective actions and risk mitigation initiatives
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve process controls
- Build scalable fraud intelligence and monitoring mechanisms
- Support compliance audits and governance reviews
- Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams
- Drive operational excellence and trust & safety initiatives across the network
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Risk, Audit, Fraud Analytics, Operations Excellence, or Trust & Safety functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience handling audits, investigations, compliance, or risk management activities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to convert analytical insights into actionable business interventions
- Experience working with operational data and performance metrics preferred
- High ownership and execution-focused approach
