The role focuses on supporting daily logistics operations, manpower management, productivity monitoring, delivery performance tracking, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with operational SOPs and safety standards. π Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily manpower planning and workforce allocation
- Monitor delivery productivity, strike rate, and operational performance
- Ensure End-of-Day (EOD) completion and system closures
- Handle customer delivery escalations and operational issues
- Track attendance, productivity, and incentive performance
- Support internal audits and operational metric reviews
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
- Train new team members on delivery and operational processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the distribution center
π Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate qualification preferred
- 0–1 years of experience in logistics, operations, or warehouse management
