Nangia & Co LLP is looking for a dynamic and motivated Associate – Talent Acquisition to join its recruitment team at Noida Sector 136. The selected candidate will support end-to-end hiring activities, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruitment process management. Candidates with prior consulting industry exposure will have an added advantage.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
π Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources preferred.
- Candidates from consulting backgrounds will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
