π Job Description
DTDC Express Limited is hiring Channel Management Executives and Senior Channel Executives for its Fulia/Krishnanagar and Siliguri locations. The role focuses on franchise management, partner development, sales growth, network expansion, and ensuring operational excellence across DTDC's channel partner ecosystem.
π Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through channel partners
- Identify and onboard new franchise partners as per company guidelines
- Train and support newly appointed franchisees
- Monitor and improve performance of existing channel partners
- Ensure franchise outlets comply with branding and infrastructure standards
- Support expansion of pickup and delivery networks
- Build strong relationships with franchise owners and partners
- Resolve partner concerns and operational issues proactively
- Conduct regular market visits and partner audits
- Maintain channel performance reports and business updates
π Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years of field sales experience required
- Experience in courier, logistics, or transportation industry preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of franchise business models and channel operations preferred
- Ability to work independently in field-based roles
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
