Flipkart is hiring Team Leaders for its First Mile Operations team in Kanpur. This role focuses on managing first-mile logistics, driving vendor performance, ensuring SLA adherence, resolving operational bottlenecks, and optimizing pickup operations to support seamless supply chain execution.
π Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and drive performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure accountability against KPIs
- Track Pick-up Breach Rate, On-Time Run Time, and operational performance metrics
- Identify and resolve daily operational bottlenecks proactively
- Manage seller backlog issues and pickup escalations
- Ensure SLA adherence across first-mile operations
- Analyze routes and seller density for operational optimization
- Improve pickup efficiency and reduce logistics costs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across first-mile operations
π Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or first-mile operations preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience working with vendors and 3PL partners preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment
