The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational KPIs, supporting root cause analysis, driving performance improvements, and ensuring accurate reporting across the city-wide dark store network.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of Amazon FTE experience can also be considered
- Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or quick commerce preferred
- Knowledge of performance metrics and operational reporting
- Experience in process improvement and Lean methodologies preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners
- Experience handling third-party vendors is an advantage
