- Relevant experience as per role requirements
- Strong operational and execution capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, quick commerce, or workforce management preferred
- Leadership experience preferred for managerial positions
