🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hub operations and ERP transactions.
- Supervise, train, and guide Sorters and Delivery Associates (Wish Masters).
- Plan delivery routes and create Runsheets and Pickup Sheets.
- Optimize manpower and operational resources.
- Track delivery performance and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain inventory and stock accuracy across hub operations.
- Handle cash reconciliation and daily financial tracking.
- Prepare Day-End operational reports and MIS documentation.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Female candidates only.
- B.Tech or MBA qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Courier, Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Experience in hub operations, route planning, and delivery management.
- Ability to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
- Strong grievance handling and problem-solving skills.
