We are hiring a Fleet Account (Hisaab) Audit Executive for our logistics operations in Okhla, New Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining fleet accounts, auditing transportation expenses, reconciling records, and supporting operational finance activities to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and verify fleet account (Hisaab) records.
- Audit trip sheets, diesel bills, toll expenses, and driver settlements.
- Reconcile fleet expenses and ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Coordinate with drivers, fleet managers, and operations teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Identify discrepancies and support audit resolution activities.
- Maintain organized records for operational and financial reporting.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, or any Graduate).
- Experience in Fleet Accounts, Transport Accounting, or Logistics Operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
