📄 Job Description
Tech Mahindra is hiring experienced Trainers for its Mumbai (Chandivali) location. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering product, process, and soft skills training, developing learning content, assessing trainee performance, and improving overall training effectiveness. Candidates with BFSI domain knowledge will be preferred.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging product, process, and soft skills training sessions.
- Design, develop, and update training content and learning materials.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations and feedback.
- Track training effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct refresher training sessions based on performance gaps.
- Coordinate with operations teams to identify training needs.
- Prepare training reports, attendance records, and learning MIS.
- Ensure high-quality learning outcomes and knowledge retention.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of overall work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer is mandatory.
- BFSI industry exposure is preferred.
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Mutual Funds training will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
