EY India is hiring experienced professionals for GEP Design Lead and GEP Consultant / Procurement Consultant roles across India. These positions offer an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation projects involving GEP SMART and GEP QUANTUM platforms. Candidates will collaborate with global clients to design, implement, and optimize procurement and sourcing solutions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities – GEP Design Lead
- Lead functional design for GEP SMART and GEP QUANTUM implementations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and optimized GEP solutions.
- Conduct design workshops, requirement sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Govern and approve functional designs across Source-to-Pay modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams during development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure adherence to design standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
🛠 Key Responsibilities – GEP Consultant / Procurement Consultant
- Gather and analyze procurement business requirements.
- Configure and implement GEP SMART / GEP QUANTUM modules.
- Support sourcing, procure-to-pay, contracts, and supplier management processes.
- Assist with functional design, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and issue resolution.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- GEP Design Lead: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
- GEP Consultant / Procurement Consultant: 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience with GEP SMART and/or GEP QUANTUM platforms.
- Knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and procurement transformation.
- Experience in Sourcing, P2P, Contract Management, or Supplier Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Consulting or enterprise implementation experience preferred.
