Flipkart is looking for experienced and dynamic female professionals from the Last Mile Logistics and Operations industry to lead hub operations and drive operational excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hub performance, customer experience, team productivity, compliance, profitability, and overall operational effectiveness.

- Manage overall hub operations and daily business activities.
