Bigbasket, a TATA Enterprise, is hiring Trainer Executives for Ahmedabad and Surat locations. The role involves conducting onboarding programs, process training, refresher sessions, and operational coaching for warehouse and delivery teams. Candidates with experience in FMCG, Retail, Quick Commerce, Logistics, or Training & Development are preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and induction training programs for new joiners.
- Deliver process-based training on delivery, picking, packing, stacking, and safety procedures.
- Provide refresher training and on-the-job coaching to employees.
- Identify training needs based on operational errors, customer complaints, and feedback.
- Maintain training attendance, feedback, and performance records.
- Support SOP implementation, quality checks, and process audits.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with operations teams to schedule training sessions efficiently.
- Travel to assigned warehouses and stores for training delivery.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and professional email communications.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Quick Commerce, Logistics, or Training functions preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
- Hands-on experience with presentations and email communication.
- Ability to travel across warehouses and operational locations.
