π Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day fulfillment center and warehouse operations
- Drive operational efficiency and productivity improvements
- Monitor inventory movement, dispatches, and process compliance
- Ensure SLA adherence and customer service excellence
- Lead teams and drive performance management initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across operations and supply chain
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Support capacity planning and business growth initiatives

- Relevant experience in FC Operations, Grocery Operations, Hyperlocal Operations, or Supply Chain is preferred
