Blinkit is hiring a Purchase Manager for its Gurgaon operations team. This is an execution-focused role responsible for vendor coordination, supply tracking, issue resolution, and ensuring uninterrupted product availability across warehouses and stores. The position requires strong ownership, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve supply chain performance.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for daily procurement activities
- Track daily supply arrivals and ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor inventory movement between suppliers, warehouses, and stores
- Identify supply chain delays and proactively resolve operational issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve execution efficiency
- Track recurring operational challenges and recommend process improvements
- Ensure smooth coordination between procurement, warehouse, and operations teams
- Maintain supply tracking records and operational reports
- Support inventory replenishment and stock availability initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in vendor and supply chain performance
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain
- Strong understanding of vendor coordination and supply tracking processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets required
- Strong ownership and execution-oriented mindset
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred
- Experience in retail, fresh supply chain, or replenishment operations will be an added advantage
