Amazon Shipping is looking for a Retail Sales Manager to help build and scale its rapidly growing B2C shipping business in India. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through physical retail stores, expanding shipping partner networks, onboarding aggregators, and delivering a superior customer experience across Amazon Shipping's retail channel ecosystem.
π Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue and shipment volume targets for the retail store channel
- Drive end-to-end program management for retail store launches
- Manage budgets and operational performance across assigned regions
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Develop and execute SMB acquisition strategies through retail touchpoints
- Onboard third-party partners and aggregators to expand Amazon Shipping's footprint
- Coordinate with Legal, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
- Ensure operational compliance and deliver an exceptional shipper experience
- Generate actionable insights from business data to improve customer experience
- Drive business growth across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities
π Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
- MBA is preferred
- 3–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Experience in Logistics, Shipping, E-commerce, or Supply Chain industries preferred
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience working with SMBs and retail business segments is an advantage
