QX Global Group is hiring experienced finance professionals for the role of Senior Accounts Officer – Property Accounting (RTR). This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in Record to Report (RTR) processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, and property accounting. The role requires working in the US shift and supporting end-to-end accounting operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) accounting processes.
- Perform month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Conduct General Ledger (GL) analysis and account reviews.
- Handle accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
- Prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Manage income statement and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support financial operations.
- Support US accounting and property accounting processes.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / ACCA qualification.
- Strong experience in Property Accounting is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in RTR (Record to Report) processes.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and GL accounting.
- Experience with accruals, prepayments, and month-end close activities.
- Exposure to US accounting practices preferred.
- Comfortable working in the US (graveyard) shift.
