📄 Job Description
Jio is hiring a State Facility Operations Lead for its Engineering & Technology team in Hyderabad. The role is responsible for ensuring that Power & Utility (P&U) KPIs across the state are achieved through effective implementation of policies, operational guidelines, contracts, and coordination with National Headquarters (NHQ). 0
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of state-level Power & Utility operational KPIs
- Implement policies, operational guidelines, and contracts across facilities
- Manage and maintain all Power & Utility equipment through OEM partnerships
- Drive governance with RCOM and IP Colo providers
- Ensure SLA compliance across all facility operations
- Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives year-over-year
- Monitor utility operations, maintenance processes, and safety standards
- Lead power system analysis and energy optimization programs
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and national teams for operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure and utility management functions
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- BE or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years and maximum 15 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of utility systems and facility operations
- Experience managing OEMs and external service providers
- Knowledge of power systems and energy optimization initiatives
- Experience handling SLAs and vendor governance
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in telecom infrastructure or large-scale facility management preferred
