📄 Job Description
Jio is hiring a Maintenance Manager for its Engineering & Technology division in Dhule. The role is responsible for managing infrastructure maintenance, vendor performance, SLA compliance, utility equipment reliability, network uptime, and energy optimization initiatives while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards. 0
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update infrastructure asset master records
- Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with operational and maintenance standards
- Execute O&M activities for Inside Plant Systems (ISP)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and fire policies
- Drive energy optimization and cost-saving initiatives
- Lead outsourced infrastructure maintenance teams
- Coordinate with Network Operations Center for network management
- Maintain reliability and uptime of fiber and utility equipment
- Ensure adherence to preventive and corrective maintenance standards
- Support infrastructure upgrades and network performance improvements
- Maintain quality management standards across operations
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- B.E. in ENTC, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- 10–15 years of relevant maintenance and infrastructure operations experience
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and utility systems
- Experience managing outsourced teams and vendors
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- Strong project execution and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in network operations and infrastructure maintenance preferred
