BigBasket, a Tata Enterprise, is hiring Store Incharges for its operations in Uttarpara, Tollygunge, and Baranagar. This role is responsible for managing daily store and warehouse operations, inventory control, team supervision, order fulfillment, and operational excellence to ensure smooth business operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store and warehouse operations efficiently
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, and product availability
- Handle order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound inventory movements
- Maintain GRNs, stock logs, and operational records accurately
- Train, guide, and monitor store and warehouse staff
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and operational compliance
- Coordinate with logistics and central supply chain teams for seamless fulfillment
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management and stock handling processes
- Experience managing store or warehouse teams preferred
- Hands-on experience with WMS and barcode scanning systems
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
