BigBasket is looking for experienced Store Supervisors to manage daily store and warehouse operations at its Baguihati location. The role involves inventory management, team supervision, order fulfillment, dispatch coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of warehouse operations while maintaining operational excellence and compliance with SOPs.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store and warehouse operations efficiently
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock availability
- Oversee order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound movements
- Ensure accurate GRN management and stock records
- Train, guide, and monitor store associates and warehouse staff
- Drive SOP compliance, operational discipline, and process adherence
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for smooth order fulfillment
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in Q-Commerce operations is mandatory
- Experience in FMCG, retail, warehouse, or dark store operations preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Deep understanding of inventory handling and dispatch workflows
- Hands-on experience with WMS and barcode scanning systems
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting
