Flipkart is hiring TA – Field Recruiters for Karnal to support last-mile delivery workforce hiring operations. This role involves mass hiring, field sourcing, candidate engagement, onboarding coordination, and ensuring timely closures for delivery and logistics workforce requirements.
π Key Responsibilities
- Handle bulk and mass hiring for delivery workforce requirements
- Source candidates through field visits, local references, and job portals
- Conduct hiring drives, job fairs, and walk-in interview campaigns
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidate onboarding processes
- Ensure hiring closures within defined turnaround times (TAT)
- Build strong local sourcing channels and candidate networks
- Coordinate with operations teams regarding manpower requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring updates
π Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery or field recruitment required
- Strong local network and sourcing capability preferred
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile hiring will be an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills required
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and target-based hiring
- Own bike and valid driving license are mandatory
- Ability to conduct hiring drives and walk-in recruitment campaigns
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills preferred
