1️⃣ Senior Executive – Inventory Management
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Perform reconciliation and variance tracking activities
- Monitor stock movements and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Drive SOP compliance across warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for stock availability
- Analyze inventory metrics and implement process improvements
2️⃣ Executive – Return Operations
- Manage end-to-end returns processing operations
- Handle product grading and liquidation activities
- Manage Product Verification (PV/QC) operations for return items
- Maintain high Re-Inventorize (RI) accuracy
- Ensure product verification accuracy and reduce grading errors
- Drive operational efficiency and inventory accuracy improvements
🎓 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in E-commerce, Warehousing, 3PL, Logistics, or Fulfillment Centers
- Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse management processes
- Experience in cycle counting, audits, and stock reconciliation preferred
- Knowledge of return operations and quality verification processes preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in high-volume operational environments
- Experience handling electronic goods or appliance inventory will be an advantage
