Amazon is hiring Team Leads for its Transportation Operations team in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing transportation and sort center operations, leading frontline teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and customer experience across Amazon's logistics network.

- Manage end-to-end transportation operations from Fulfillment Centers to customers
- Support and optimize Sort Center network operations
- Lead hiring, training, and development of transportation associates
- Drive productivity, quality, and operational performance standards
- Analyze operational reports and identify performance bottlenecks
- Implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive Kaizen projects and waste reduction activities
- Monitor key transportation and logistics performance metrics

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
- 1+ year of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, manufacturing, or customer-facing environments
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
