- Oversee day-to-day operations of dark stores to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin audits, and stock reconciliation
- Ensure optimal stock availability and proper inventory control practices
- Supervise warehouse manpower and maintain operational productivity
- Drive adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when required
- Coordinate with inventory, procurement, and supply chain teams
