Zepto is hiring a Senior Manager – Rewards & HR Analytics for its HR Centre of Excellence team in Bangalore. This strategic role focuses on designing compensation programs, driving HR analytics, building people dashboards, generating workforce insights, and supporting data-driven HR decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in rewards strategy, compensation benchmarking, analytics, and stakeholder management.
π Key Responsibilities
- Lead Rewards and HR Analytics initiatives across the organization
- Design and manage compensation, rewards, and salary benchmarking programs
- Develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics for business leaders
- Generate people insights to support strategic HR decision-making
- Analyze compensation trends and recommend competitive reward strategies
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership teams
- Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and executive dashboards
- Drive data quality, governance, and HR reporting excellence
- Utilize SQL, Python/R, Excel, and Google Sheets for advanced analytics
- Support organizational planning and continuous improvement initiatives
π Eligibility Criteria
- 4–8+ years of experience in Rewards, Compensation, or HR Analytics
- MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 institutes such as IIMs, XLRI, SCMHRD, or TISS preferred
- Strong expertise in compensation design and salary benchmarking
- Hands-on experience in HR analytics and dashboard creation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python/R for data analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and business problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
