We are hiring an experienced Team Lead – Last Mile Operations to manage day-to-day delivery operations, workforce planning, and operational performance. π Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead daily last-mile delivery operations
- Handle workforce planning, manpower allocation, and team supervision
- Monitor operational performance and productivity metrics
- Ensure service quality standards and operational targets are achieved
- Take quick decisions to resolve field and operational challenges
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Monitor delivery performance and customer service levels
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational guidelines
π Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Last Mile Operations

- Local candidates from Khandwa will be preferred
