π Job Description
Tech Mahindra is hiring Technical Support Executives for its International Voice Process at the Noida Sector 62 office. The selected candidates will provide voice-based technical assistance to international customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver an exceptional customer support experience while working in a dynamic IT services environment.
π Key Responsibilities
- Provide voice-based technical support to international customers.
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle customer queries and troubleshoot technical concerns.
- Document customer interactions and update support records.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

π Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Voice Process or Technical Support role.
- Graduation is mandatory (B.Tech preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable working from the Noida office.
