Zepto is hiring an Associate Director – Motherhub Operations to lead and optimize large-scale Motherhub operations across Bangalore, Chennai, and Mumbai. This leadership role is ideal for experienced warehouse and supply chain professionals with extensive expertise in FMCG, inventory management, team leadership, and operational excellence.
The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day Motherhub activities, including dry processing, warehouse operations, inventory movement, dispatch coordination, and large on-ground teams while ensuring safety, quality standards, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to SOPs.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Motherhub warehouse operations across assigned locations.
- Supervise dry processing, inventory movement, dispatch, and warehouse activities.
- Manage large operations teams to ensure productivity and operational efficiency.
- Drive compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across Motherhub operations.
- Ensure timely dispatches and inventory availability to downstream fulfillment centers.
- Prepare operational reports and present business insights to senior leadership.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university; MBA or Supply Chain specialization is preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience in Motherhub, warehouse, FMCG, or supply chain operations.
- Strong expertise in inventory management and warehouse leadership.
- Experience supervising large operational teams.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and warehouse compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment.
