Infosys BPM Limited is hiring an Associate Lead – BPHR for its Bangalore office. This opportunity is ideal for experienced HR professionals who have expertise in Human Resource Business Partnering (HRBP), employee engagement, performance management, talent development, HR analytics, employee relations, and organizational development.
The selected candidate will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals while driving employee engagement, performance management, compensation planning, governance, compliance, and workforce development initiatives across assigned business units.
π Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive employee assimilation, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor strategic HR programs across assigned business units.
- Ensure HR policy compliance, governance, and client compliance requirements.
- Manage employee grievance handling, disciplinary cases, and employee relations.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans.
- Manage rewards, recognition, promotion cycles, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Support performance management, calibration discussions, and talent reviews.
- Drive coaching, mentoring, reskilling, and upskilling initiatives.
- Assist leadership with compensation planning, salary revisions, incentives, and performance bonuses.
- Prepare HR dashboards and analytics covering attrition, engagement, and workforce metrics.
- Lead organization-wide HR projects focused on employee experience and operational excellence.
π Eligibility Criteria
- MBA from a recognized institution.
- 4–8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or Human Resource Management.
- Strong experience in employee engagement, talent management, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, governance, employee relations, and labor compliance.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing HR dashboards and workforce analytics is preferred.
